Meat & veggie bowl

  • I like easy, healthy meals. While I do love to cook, let's face it, life doesn't always allow 30-60 minutes to make a meal. So now-a-days my main go to is a meat & veggie bowl. Simply grab some meat, chop it up, grab frozen veggies (or fresh if you already have them prepared) and toss them together in a skillet over medium heat. Add some cooking oil, spices & toss around for 8-10 minutes, or until everything is thoroughly cooked/heated. Throw in a bowl & enjoy!

    *this has ham, green beans, onion, garlic, salt, pepper and bell peppers. Feel free to mix up your own :)
