Healthy "ICEE"

    Ingredients:
    Frozen fruit of your choosing
    Sparkling Water (I prefer La Croix or Perrier)

    Directions:
    Fill blender with your desired amount of fruit then pour your choice of sparkling water over the fruit, just enough to cover it. Blend and enjoy!

    If you want an "ice cream" treat, add a nut milk (or regular milk) in place of the water. It's a favorite treat in our home :)

  • Same process but using unsweetened apple juice in place of the sparkling water will make a hell of a smoothie.
