Easy Fried Rice

  • Easy Fried Rice

    1 cup cooked rice
    1 small bag of frozen peas and carrots
    Soy Sauce (or coconut aminos)

    Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, add a bit of oil to it (I prefer ghee), dump your rice in the skillet, 1/2 of the frozen peas and carrots and approximately 1-2 Tablespoons soy sauce (just enough to turn your rice a light brown color). Continually slowly stir the mixture until the peas and carrots are heated thoroughly. For authentic fried rice, you can add a scrambled egg in too.

    Once the mixture is heated, enjoy with your favorite Asian meals.
