BBQ Pulled Pork
Trim as much fat off the outside of the shoulder as possible. Cut out the bone. Place the meat in an Instant Pot (these things are miracle workers, you can literally take a FROZEN 4lb roast and have it cooked, tender, moist and easily shred-able in 90 minutes...no joke!), add 1 cup broth. Choose your meat setting, keep pressure on high and set time to 90 minutes. If you don't have an Instant Pot, you can use a crock pot. In a crock pot cook on low for 6-8 hours.
When the timer goes off on your instant pot, let it slow release the pressure for about 15 minutes. Next pull the meat out and shred it. Sprinkle liberally with Alpine Touch Prairie Fire Rub or you favorite rub. Serve over coleslaw, in buns or however you like to eat. Top with your favorite BBQ Sauce
