Crockpot Chicken Salsa

  • Crockpot Chicken Salsa

    2 pounds chicken (turkey or any white meat will work)
    2 cups salsa
    Taco Seasoning

    Dump all ingredients into a large crockpot, cook on low for 6-8 hours. Shred the meat just before serving and stir the mixture well to incorporate all the flavors a bit more.

    Serve over chips, in taco shells or rice. Top with your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
