Sugar-free Buttercream Frosting

  • Sugar-free Buttercream Frosting

    1/2 cup butter, room temperature
    1 1/4 cup Confectioners Swerve or powdered erythritol
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1/2- 1 teaspoon vanilla liquid stevia
    1 tablespoon milk as needed


    • Add all ingredients into a stand mixer and blend on high until smooth.
    • Make sure to start with just the 1/2 teaspoon of liquid stevia then taste and adjust to your preference.
    • Only add the milk if you are frosting a cake and need the frosting to be smother. Continue to add additional tablespoon of milk for desired consistency. Makes 1 1/4 cup or 10 ounces.
    • Does not need refrigeration once on cookies.
