Thoughts on this....

Hey guys I'm looking at getting another shooting mat. I'm looking for a good value and trying to keep it budget friendly. My Midway mat I have now works great as far as padding and length, but my elbows always end up in the dirt. I've seen Midway's Pro mat which is nice and wide and padded, but its big rolled up.

I saw this one from VooDoo Tactical and other than being a bit short I like it. Any reason I shouldn't give it a go? I like that its small and light weight which means if I ever want to pack it I can.

I use the tac ops mat that is included with the drag bags, so I won't be any help. ;)

I have the midway pro and really like it. I don't mind the size. I don't shoot as much as I would like (yet), but so far I've never been in a situation where the size has been an issue.

After weighing it out in my mind I decided that getting the small mat would not make me happy. Cabelas has one branded by them that is similar to the Midway Pro. I may pick up a light weight one in the future to be able to pack it.

It has a lifetime warranty to boot so I went with it.
