Avocado Habanero dip

  • Ingredients:

    • 1 large Hass avocado
    • Habanero peppers (I use 2 when the rest of the family will eat, I use 4 when I am selfish :))
    • 1/4 white onion
    • 3 limes

    Cut avocado in half, remove the seed. Slice only the avocado meat to small squares, then scoop out with a spoon and throw in bowl. Slice the onion in small strips and throw in the bowl. Remove the stem from the Habaneros and cut in half longways. Then cut as thin strips as you can longways and throw in the bowl. Cut and squeeze the limes in the bowl, and add a pinch of salt. Mix around with a spoon or fork until the avocado gets a smooth texture, but you should have chunks of avocado left. Serve.

    This, to me, tastes best with the Tostitos with a hint of lime.
