How to read previously read posts?

CRS kicking in, can't figure out how to display previously read topics.

Click the icon up at the top that says "unread."
It will probably have a number next to it.

That's not the problem I'm trying to solve. I wanted to read the posts in Black Powder but there is only one thread not marked as Read.

There's only one thread in there. That's the only thread in that category that's ever been posted, apparently.
