Catalina Dressing Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Ketchup
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup onion, grated or 1/2 tablespoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup olive oil
Salt and pepper to tasteAdd all of the ingredients into your blender and pulse until well combined. Check the seasonings, pulse some more and store in airtight container.
If you have an immersion hand blender...pour all of your ingredients into a wide mouth mason jar, mix up until well combined and put a lid on it. This is my favorite way of mixing stuff up these days..good ol' mason jar and immersion blender hehe.
