Asian Noodle Bowl (Pho)

What's in it:
Chicken Bone Broth
Toasted Sesame Oil
Coconut Aminos
Pork
Green Beans
Zucchini
Garlic
Green Onions
Ginger
Ground Mustard
Mae Ploy Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
Tomatoes
Sauerkraut
Parsley
Star Anise
Sunflower Seeds
Better Than Noodles
I like to pan fry the meat with some coconut aminos, fresh sliced garlic, toasted sesame oil and frozen veggies (if any). While that's cooking, I add approximately 2 cups of Chicken Bone Broth to a pot, add my spices (to taste), add my green onions and star anise. Bring to boil, leave boiling for about 5 minutes. By the time it's boiling, the meat mixture is cooked, I remove the star anise and then add the meat mixture in. Let simmer for a few minutes. I then rise the Better Than Noodles, add them to the pot. Add the rest of my veggies. Continue to cook until the veggies are warmed. Pour into a bowl, add some Sauerkraut, diced tomatoes and sunflower seeds. Enjoy!
