Riced Cauliflower with Eggs & Bacon
Throw some bacon on the George Foreman, toss some Riced Cauliflower in a fry pan with some bacon grease over medium-high heat. Toss in some minced garlic, diced onion, salt & pepper. Toss around in pan until the veggies are tender. Put it on a plate.
Throw a bit of bacon grease into the fry pan, cook two farm fresh eggs until desired doneness. Place over Riced Cauliflower.
Bacon should be done now. Put it on plate & Enjoy!
