CALIFORNIA DEMOCRATS LEGALIZE CHILD PROSTITUTION
Beginning on Jan. 1, child prostitution will be legal in the streets of California.In fact, police officers in the state will be banned from arresting any person under the age of 18 for soliciting or loitering with intent, according to Senate Bill 1322. California Gov. Jerry Brown signed the bill on Sept. 26, and it will go into effect Sunday.

I think I get their logic behind it. The girls don't come to law enforcement when they are in trouble because they'll be arrested. They are going to prostitute themselves anyway, but this gives them the ability to call the cops on a guy that's abusing them... or something.
That's their logic, not saying it's my logic.
Society is sick. Said it a lot in years past. This is just another symptom. Instead of keeping families together and doing what is right, they want to destroy families and then wrap government around the problem.

Family is the foundation of society, destroy the family and society follows.
This law is a sick joke, even with the accompanying laws.
It just makes it more desirable for pimps to run minors rather than adults.
